Ordered a sale item for 32.00....they took 132.32 from my PayPal account. They tried to take the 32. 00 as well but my bank stopped it.
It's a very believable site.
DON'T BE FOOLED. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SWINDLERS.
Emails were bounced back.
I've disputed my payment with PayPal and have support from my bank.
I hope I will get my money back.
I'm just glad I paid via PayPal.

Wish I’d seen these reviews before I tried to buy. Feel very foolish for falling for it- if it seems too good to be true…. Fortunately I paid by Paypal and have had a refund.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is a scam website and I should have been more aware. If its too good to be true.. it usually is. I ordered 3 dresses with no problem and excellent prices, alert????? Nope not me. The receipt arrived from China, alarm bells rang and needless to say nothing has arrived. Luckily I paid on my credit card but how many dont. There must be a way of closing these dam sites dow. Dont go there , you will get ... fresh air.

Scam. I ordered Jacques Vert trousers and received Versace socks ?. Submitted chargeback form with credit card company today. Keeping my fingers crossed

If you try and proceed with the payment for your order, you will receive an error on screen, your payment will be blocked by your bank and the bank fraud department will either contact you by text message on your phone asking to phone them to confirm the payment or they will phone you straight away.

You will be overcharged and the payment on your bank statement will show as: Epl Longxxin Co Beijing (CHINA)

My bank has prevented this kind of fraudulent transaction and I am very grateful!

STAY AWAY!
March/April 2020. Order not fulfilled after SEVEN WEEKS and no response from Supplier. This is not Jacques Vert. Hadn't seen other reviews before wife placed her order.

Almost got scammed on this fraudulent site. My Credit card company sent me a text asking to confirm if I had made this payment. Yes I had tried to, but got an error message so tried again, thinking perhaps I put my card details in wrong. The text from my card issuer asked if I had tried to pay EPL*MINGTU CO, which set alarm bells ringing, so I Googled the name but couldn't find anything, until I came across these reviews on Trustpilot under jacquesvertsaleoutletuk.com. Luckily I used a Credit Card and not a debit card. Also lucky my card company are great at fraud detection and always text me if they think something doesn't look quite right!

None beware received fake crap scarf will have to inform my bank in case the take out more money feel such a fool nothing to do with jacques vert UK no reply to emails under no circumstances order from these scammers..

It has nothing to do with Jacques Vert. They send you fake scarf or sunglasses from China, and claim that the carrier lost the original order. Then they try to make you order something else and deny from returning your money.

This is a scam! Beware of this site.

Purchased a bag for daughters wedding 5weeks ago, received a crappy check fake scarf, sent emails to on site customer service site and another link in confirmation email got one response email back asking me to order again and saying how good there service was!!! Biggest load of tripe I've ever heard... Do not purchase from this site unless you have money to throw away. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Avoid. Ordered a coat and got some crappy scarf. Was informed that return was near impossible so they could only offer 30% refund got them up to 50% but still waiting for that. It’s all a scam just to Rob hard working people of their money.
